Last summer we shared our recipe for fried green tomatoes. This time we tried the same recipe with soy milk instead of butter milk and it worked well.

For this sandwich we mixed 1/8 cup of mayonnaise and one tea spoon of siracha and spread that on the bread. Then we just added our fried green tomatoes and little lettuce.
