Tofurky Monte Cristo Sandwich

So what do you do with all those leftovers....how about a sandwich?


To make this we used:
Wisk the egg and milk together. Then one slice at a time dip the bread to fully cover both sides. You don't want it to get soggy so don't leave it in just dip when ready to use that piece. Melt a dab of butter in a pan and cook each side of the bread for a few minutes until it browns. When you have your bread cooked and ready on a plate add the brie to the bottom and top with a warmed slice of Tofurky. Drizzle some cranberry sauce over that and top with lettuce and bread.
