Beet Potato Salad

For this recipe you need:
Roast or boil the beets, potatoes, and carrots until fully cooked.  When the beets are cooked peal them and cut into bite size pieces. Mix with the raw onion, pickle relish, fresh dill, and canned peas. Drizzle with a little oil, just enough to coat everything and finish with salt. Serve chilled.
