They were super easy to make. Simply mix together:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (add more if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 and drop spoonfuls of dough on to your cookie sheet. Bake for 24 minutes.
